Role Summary/Purpose: The HCIT Sales Executive works to build a funnel of opportunities with Net New customers, and in IB accounts that are not covered by an ADM. They lead a Sales & Professional Services team, and work with customer stakeholders to create and propose outcomes-oriented solutions, typically focused within one business segment.
Essential Responsibilities: Roles and responsibilities:

  • Prospects opportunities, builds relationships, leads executive conversations, and develops an account plan to create strategic, enterprise-wide opportunities at net new (not existing) customers; Partner with GEHC Region teams (where applicable)
  • Independently monitors market and competitor information, and articulates implications to key stakeholders.
  • Plans & executes a complex consultative selling process focused on selling outcomes / value.
  • Ensures accuracy & quality in all aspects of proposal development: timeline, content, cost.
  • Positions GE’s solution strongly versus the competition.
  • Enables clients to have a deeper understanding of the HCIT solution offerings and value drivers and how we can solve their business problems with our solutions.
  • Leverages the HCIT product sales specialists, solution/technical architects, and Professional Services staff to convince customers to consider our solutions as the best alternative to deliver value in solving their problems
  • Works with customers internal team of solution/technical architects, Business office, Clinical staff and marketing to develop and drive the value proposition with the customer
Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline or strong work experience
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills at all levels of the organization including the C-suite
  • Experience in Enterprise software sales, account management, or consulting
  • Ability to interface with technologists and industry experts (across the customers’ business), understand complex concepts and problems and translate in a way that businesses or industry can understand
  • Knowledge of and ability to strategically discuss the Healthcare market trends in a way that drives value towards GE HCIT products (4 pillars)
  • Experience developing account plans and organizing cross-business teams to deliver outcomes to address customers challenges
  • Experience working in a highly-matrixed environment, effectively influencing and persuading others to achieve GEHC goals defined in client growth strategy
  • Travel required, depending on location of account executive and their key clients
  • EU Work Permit

Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain. They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring. GE will not sponsor this requirement.
