Role Summary/Purpose: GE Healthcare’s Life Sciences Core Imaging is looking for an intern for the Regulatory Affairs department in Spain. This is a great opportunity in a well-known multinational Company. If you are interested, GE can give you the opportunity to gain valuable work experience whilst providing a good learning environment.
Essential Responsibilities: Key responsibilities/essential functions (but are not limited to):

  • Prepare, review and submit regulatory submissions: PSURs, renewals and variations.
  • Review promotional and advertising material and assess compliance against relevant regulations and product requirements.
  • Review and approval for packaging materials
  • Monitoring and setting timelines for license variations and renewal approvals.
  • Keeping update of the activities in the tracking sheet and records in the electronic and physical archive.
  • Liaison with CRA and Health Authorities.
Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as: Regulatory Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, English (with a technical writing emphasis), Legal Studies, Law, Nursing, Physician Assistance, Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmacy
  • Knowledge in regulatory affairs
  • Fluency in English
  • Analytical skills
  • EU Work Permit

Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain. They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring. GE will not sponsor this requirement.
